linux build stuff

Hello all,

After fiddling with the pde long enough, I figured out the ant build files are
generated by the pde (reading the manual is a good thing(tm)). Obviously
that takes care of that.

As such, it might be a good idea to add them (and other generated stuff) into
the svn:ignore property.

I'll be submitting some more patches today, to fix the TeamImages issue and
the runwhilebusy issue.
