release subclipse 0.7.0

Hi Daniel,

Sorry we could't talk about the release on ICQ this week.
Do you have MSN messenger ? For some reason, I can't make ICQ work at work.
However it would be fine if we could release subclipse this week-end.

Otherwise, is there something I need to fix before the release ?

Concerning javaHL (same as svnup but included in subversion repository),
I made it work on windows.
On Linux, it works too but eclipse hangs when I want to checkout
something ... It needs further investigation ...
I will commit the changes concerning javahl after the release and post a
patch on subversion dev list for the changes I made on javahl.
