More Questions from Karen

Ok, some more questions about the bylaws...

In section III-5-C-3

http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn-org/trunk/bylaws.html#III-5-C-3

we say that who gets to vote on an issue is determined when the notice
about the vote is sent out, not when the vote occurs. Is there any
reason not to decide based on who's eligible at the time of voting?

In section IV-4-A-1-c

http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn-org/trunk/bylaws.html#IV-4-A-1-c

we say that we need a unanimous vote of the members to remove a
director. Aside from the fact that the member is unlikely to vote for
themselves, this just seems odd. Any reason it's not 51% like
removing a member?

In section IV-7-A

http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn-org/trunk/bylaws.html#IV-7-A

we say that board meetings are held on IRC. Do we want to make it
possible to hold them via telephone or in person if the board wants
to?

Anyway, hopefully this is among the last line of questions from these
reviews, but we've still got some outstanding emails going back and
forth about them, so we'll see ;-)
