Last call for bylaws changes

Well, the proposed bylaws for this organization have been out there
for quite some time now, and we've only had one change proposed (which
has been incorporated). Are there any outstanding requests people
have been wanting to discuss? I'd really like to get these approved
by the various lawyers involved so we can move forward on getting the
bylaws adopted and board elected, etc.
