It's already documented in "Known Issues in the Release - Python 3 support
is incomplete."

I'd like to add the test-suite-on-Windows issue(s) and document the
workarounds (but I'll continue this part of the discussion in the thread
"Problems running testsuite on Windows with Python 3").
