Two questions regarding the release notes:

I have not (yet) added text regarding the experimental features (shelving,
checkpointing, viewspec). Should those be documented? I think so, because
these features have received major changes since 1.10, which make them more
complete but come with a speed performance hit. OTOH there were talks of
hiding experimental features.

Should there be a 1.9 EOL notice at the end (similar to the 1.8 EOL notice
in the 1.10 release notes)?

Thanks,
Nathan
