In my experience "serious use" and "install provided docker image" are
inconsistent with "no plentiful IT resources." Specifically, maintaining
a server that just happens to be installed via Docker or some other
equivalent is just as much a PITA as maintaining any other server. The
installation step is the *least* of your worries.
