   All relevant tests passed, see known issues.

Known issues:

   (Ubuntu issue) ./configure needed global variables set to make LTO work:
                  AR="gcc-ar" NM="gcc-nm" RANLIB=gcc-ranlib
   (Linux issue) running BDB tests concurrently requires max open files
                 to be set to at least 1024.
   (Perl tests) Several warnings due to closing invalid file handles
   (Java tests) 3 warnings about JNI local refs exceeding capacity
