Update: I did another round of fixes / tests last night (I did not
re-convert all pages, just a couple to test my fixes). I'm probably
going to wrap this up somewhere next week, maybe do another full test
conversion, and then the final migration.

These are the latest resolved issues:

- Broken italics / bold because of space before trailing _ or *: Fixed
(multiline italics / bold, with empty lines inside, is not fixed --
I don't think this works in Confluence -- for instance at the bottom
of SavePoints)

- Footnotes: Fixed
  (Inheritable-Ignores-AutoProps, InheritedProperties)

- Unwanted escapes of [, ], {, }, ... inside {noformat} or {code}: Fixed
  (CallGraphOfMergeCode, InheritedProperties)

- Unwanted reduction of dashes "-------" to four dashes, inside
{noformat} or {code}: Fixed
  (CallGraphOfMergeCode)

- Non-extracted revision comment containing "}": Fixed
  (MoveTrackingUpdateEditor)

- Paragraph joining (line re-wrapping): Fixed
  (MergeLimits)

Open issues:

- Superscript where it's not separated from the word before (10^th^):
not fixed. Not sure if I'll do this ... low impact, easily fixable
manually.
  (Berlin2013)

- Enumerations not always correct (if there are newlines in between,
or complex nesting): in progress. I've made some improvements, but I'm
not quite there yet. Not sure if I'll go for perfection here :-).
  (SavePoints, AuthzImprovements, InheritedProperties,
SupportedMergeScenarios, ...)
