FYI:
I've sent direct emails to the people on the non-confluence-users list
that haven't created an account yet. This was the content of that mail
(shameless adaption of brane's mail in 2015 for the Bugzilla -> JIRA
migration --- a bit "formal" perhaps for the much smaller wiki
audience, but hey, I'm lazy^Wefficient):

The Apache Subversion developers have decided to migrate the wiki from
the current MoinMoin instance [1] to the Confluence wiki hosted by the
Apache Software Foundation [2].
We are trying to properly map the old accounts of people who have
edited pages on the MoinMoin wiki to accounts on the new wiki. If you
do not care about this, please ignore the rest of this mail.
If you would like to preserve your identity in the migrated tickets,
please sign up for an account in the ASF cwiki here (note: if you have
an ASF account, please use the same account name as your ASF one):

then reply to this mail before Monday, 5th February, so we can
