Looks good to me. Slight improvement might be to change the link to
point to https://subversion.apache.org/mailing-lists.html#users-ml
instead of the user-lists mail address, since that link actually
describes what the mailing list is (for newbies not too familiar with
mailing lists) and how to subscribe to it.
