More than you asked for, but more specs:

OS: Ubuntu 17.04, server
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Atom
RAM: 4 GB - DDR3
Hard Drive: 64 GB (SSD of some sort - poss USB)

Checking the read speed of the boot partition:

$ sudo hdparm -tT /dev/mmcblk0
/dev/mmcblk0:
  Timing cached reads: 2154 MB in 2.00 seconds = 1077.31 MB/sec
  Timing buffered disk reads: 462 MB in 3.01 seconds = 153.60 MB/sec

And the Seagate 4TB USB3 drive:

/dev/sda:
 Timing cached reads: 2162 MB in 2.00 seconds = 1081.27 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads: 494 MB in 3.00 seconds = 164.50 MB/sec
