I'm not sure what we use that for, I think it might be the nightly
tarballs? https://subversion.apache.org/source-code#nightlies In which
case we should ask infra to move their generation to an Ubuntu box.

Anyone volunteering to take point on this? (I would volunteer but for
various reasons I can't)
