Huh ... it /looks/ as if it's a problem with the Swig URL in release.py,
but Evgeny just used that to roll 1.9.5 which uses the same version of
Swig as trunk ... the error says:

urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:581)>

Could it be that SSL certificates aren't installed properly on the build
slave?
