test coverage extended to:
[fsfs|fsx] x [ra_local|ra_svn] x 64-bit x release

Same test results as before: 2 known test failures due to test-code
issues with my environment (MAXSVN-65)

I won't be able to extend the test coverage further, since the build
environment is not ready for bdb or ra_dav (aka: ra_serf) just yet.
