Great! The documentation (and scripts) in
/repos/private/pmc/subversion/machines helped a lot, resulting in an
svn 1.9.4 client.

I've also copied the homedirs for wayita and svn-role over from the
old machine to the new one.

Next steps:
- Finish setting up wayita
- Test backport.pl / svn-role
- Set up cron job for backport.pl
- Turn off cron job on svn-qavm2
