JavaHL: specify --extensions for blame

We have been requested to support

svn blame -x "--ignore-eol-style -w" <file>

for our Java client. AFAIU, this is currently not possible using JavaHL?
If so, please take this as RFE: --extensions options support for blame,
diff and related operations.
