I'm a bit insecure about changing web pages that are immediately
visible to the world :-), so here below is a quick patch with two
questions moved, to show what I mean (if noone objects, I'll apply
this and further updates tomorrow).
If this is okay, I'd then like to move all BDB-related questions to a
specific sub-section ("BDB questions") under the deprecated faq.
