[PATCH] Translation fixes

A Debian user reported[0] that they noticed a couple of strings were out
of date in the French translation.

One ("Committed revision %ld%s.\n") was a trivial fix to account for the
source string change in r1606674. I took the liberty of changing the
rest of the po files which needed the same change.

The other ("Committing transaction...") is due to the French translation
being out of date, but the user provided a translation which I included
in the patch.
