I've added release date for all released versions and mark them as
'released' in JIRA. Versions like '1.9.x', '1.9.0-conisder', 'all',
'blue-sky' are still marked as unreleased, but I'm going to post about
them separately.

Anyone volunteering to update 'Reporting Issues' page [1]? The
'issue-tracker.html' page [2] on tigris.org could be used as template.
