How many final migrations are we going to have until Ivan gives up and we’ll have to wait another 5 years for somebody to step up and do a migration?

If users have ten comments it’s easier for them to just create an account and start watching the same issue again, than for us to wait another week and do more handwork.

The users with > 100 comments should already be handled now.

+1. Some people will definitely appreciate this, and it's not like we
can't wait a couple more days ... (that is, if Ivan can find some
amount of time for the final run at the end of next week or so).
