Apache Subversion 1.7.22 released

I'm happy to announce the release of Apache Subversion 1.7.22.

This release repairs the regression test suite which was broken in 1.7.21.
It is otherwise identical to 1.7.21. There is no need to upgrade from
1.7.21 to 1.7.22 unless you are interested in running 'make check'.
