Windows 8.1 x64
Visual Studio 2013 (using ^/subversion/branches/v1.7.x-VS2012-15 patch)
[fsfs | bdb] x [local | svn | neon]
These tests take considerable more testspace than 1.8.x and 1.9.x
(especially caused by loglevels), which caused a few local problems,
delaying the results.
