I was able to verify the zip file, build successfully as well as run the JavaHL tests successfully.

The build has been failing for me for a while when linking the C tests. It is just one of those stupid Windows build failures that is hard to figure out and I do not have any more time to spend on it. If there is an easy way to just run the Python tests, I'd be glad to do that as well.

Voting on this is stalled at Unix: 3, Windows: 1. Can some people please do
