[*] I had one spurious failure of tree_conflict_tests.py 10
(merge file: del/rpl/mv onto not-same) while testing ra_local. I could not
reproduce it despite many repeated attempts. A hypothesis is that svn failed
to flush output after 'svn commit'. This has been suggested here [1] and
further explained here [2]. I do not think this is a regression.
