OS X comes with Apache httpd (which also requires APR) and XCode includes
Subversion. You have APR installed even if you don't realize it.

The header files may not be installed unless you have the command line bits of
XCode 5.0.1 installed, but that's pretty safely assumed since brew won't work
if you don't have that setup.
