+1 to release

Other than the expected differences in subversion/include/svn_version.h,
tools/server-side/svnpubsub/rc.d/svnpubsub and
tools/server-side/svnpubsub/rc.d/svnwcsub[1],
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/subversion/subversion-1.8.5.zip
is identical to
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/branches/1.8.x@1542147.

TESTED:
-------
[Release-Build] x [ fsfs | bdb ] x [ ra_file | ra_svn | ra_serf]
Ruby bindings
JavaHL Bindings

RESULTS:
--------

I'm seeing an intermittent failure of 'merge_tests.py 135: conflicted
split merge can be repeated' over [Release-Build] x [ fsfs | bdb ] x
[ra_serf]. Failures look like this...

...uh, scratch the rest of my lengthy explanation, I just now saw that
this is a known problem:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1543414. It's a
timeless lesson: Before you go down the rabbit hole chasing a bug,
make sure somebody else hasn't already solved your problem :-)

All other tests pass.
