Serf 1.3.2 released!

Hi everyone!

I'm pleased to announce the release of serf 1.3.2.

This is a patch release containing fixes to mostly minor issues that
break http communication in specific scenario's. We also have more
improvements for the scons configuration introduced
in serf 1.3.0.
