I have this error today - first one I've ever seen with SVN!
I was simply running update on a repo I checked out a while back (less
TortoiseSVN 1.8.1, Build 24570 - 32 Bit , 2013/07/22 18:28:29
Subversion 1.8.1, -release

I still have the wc.db but I'm not sure I can send it to you. I'm more
