Yes, this reminds me a bit of the issue we worked on in Berlin 2012:

http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4175 (ra_serf
crashes on Windows with AVG 2012 Surf-Shield)

But that was completely solved IIRC (and it went away when disabling
the Antivirus).
