Am I correct that Serf has not done a new release yet?

Which of our bugs will still be bugs? I am thinking of this more from
a packagers perspective. I would assume we should refresh our 1.8.1
binaries if and when Serf does a new release?

Or maybe I am just wrong and we do not require a new release of Serf.
