I'd suggest to also offer users@ the same early access that you'd want
to offer to this customer, a bit like we discussed during the
hackathon. Or alternatively solicit feedback from users@ based on a
description of the behavior (perhaps some of them would really like a
prebuilt binary and perhaps it'd be too much effort for us to provide
that), at the same time as making things available to the customer.
That way you'll hopefully get even more (and more balanced) feedback.
It'll probably take some effort to get the expert users on users@
spending some of their time on it, but we can try ...
