I did some digging around, and it turns out that it's Web Folders, and a
63-character limitation.

In r1458607, I've again changed the header to something
comprehensible-yet-shorter, and added a WARNING block to the header file
that points out this limitation.

Thanks for catching that extremely subtle bug introduction.
