I work on Debian which is similar to Ubuntu. I think Subversion's
configure blindly passes all configure options to any in-tree apr and
apr-util builds and apr and apr-util warn about options that only apply
to Subversion. I don't do in-tree apr and apr-util builds so I don't
see the warnings.
