Thanks for clarifying a few things. I see you have it figured out, at
least better than I have. Sorry to hear that svnrdump is broken, and I
agree that adding peg revisions to confusion will spawn more confusion.

Ah, you mean svn_ra_get_deleted_rev(). I see -- maybe, one day, I'll try
to write an 'svn log' extension that shows path existence thru
history...
