I had a similar notion today, but I wasn't satisfied that it would provide
any visual improvement. That said, it *would* give us room to show more
(and more interesting) information, as you indicated.

I notice that we don't have an --xml version of this subcommand's output.
Are there plans to develop some reasonably sensible way of packaging up this
information for third-party consumption, perhaps even by a wrapper script
that drives some graphical graphing (heh...) program?

(By the way, as this is my first bit of feedback on the feature at all,
shame on me for starting out with an implied complaint expressed via patch.
 To be clear, I actually kinda dig the idea.)
