These tests are either not applicable to your test setup or expected to fail.

E.g. windows-specific tests and tests that require a running svnserve or
httpd server will be skipped if you run the default 'make check'.

A test that reproduces a known unfixed problem will XFAIL when it
triggers the problem successfully.

The results you got there look fine.
