Doh. This seems to be the new failure mode of the existing issue of
running ra_serf with AVG 2012 SurfShield [1]. So svn no longer crashes
in this case, but now fails with "svn: E730035: A non-blocking socket
operation could not be completed immediately."
If I disable SurfShield, the tests succeed.
I'll add a note about this to the issue.
