Ah yes, thanks for reminding me.

I've set milestone to 1.8.0 for the following issues:
3993 (serf corrupts wc by calling close_edit for an incomplete update-report)
4008 (URL-URL copy fails due to "unsupported feature")
4106 (serf checkout fails on XML escaped property names)
4127 (serf/v1 doesn't handle SVN_ERR_APMOD_BAD_BASELINE)

And marked a couple with 1.8-consider.

(some others already have their milestone set to 1.8.0).

If someone disagrees with these ... feel free to adjust. I'm just
trying to make an educated guess at what is or isn't blocking ...
