Hi devs,

Head on trunk, mod_dontdothat gets pulled into 'make' even though httpd is not included in the build :

Commands used :
./autogen.sh
./configure --with-apr=/usr/local/apr --with-apr-util=/usr/local/apr --with-apxs=no --with-ssl --with-neon=/usr --with-berkeley-db
hmake
...
tools/server-side/mod_dontdothat/mod_dontdothat.c:25:19: fatal error: httpd.h: No such file or directory

I think this is a bug.
