hehe... me neither.

To clarify: ra_local doesn't need the callbacks because it doesn't
need bases for deltifying "wire" content. And it doesn't need the
copysrc because it just flows the copy straight to the repos editor.
Yay :-)

Of course, the callbacks should be provided whenever local content is
present, even if ra_local happens to not need them.
