Makes sense, we just deployed an update that fixes that and a few other
bits that turned up while testing with ra_serf.

The chunked request encoding support has also been deployed, and I've been
able to check out and manage repos from 1.7 clients using both ra_neon and
ra_serf.

Thanks for all the help, and feel free to follow up if something doesn't
look right on our end.
