If they have a binary that will help our users who are looking for
one... sure. If it is just a client, then annotate that. A couple of
the links had the client-only annotation, and I just replicated that
to the other links which were similarly client-only.

If the link also provides a server, then cool. Tho I still wonder
about whether we need to clarify link targets who provide only
svnserve or mod_dav_svn; users are likely to be looking for a specific
server type, and may be disappointed when they click thru and fail to
find what they need.
