Ivan: you should NEVER revert somebody else's commit like this. That
is just anti-social. *Especially* with "I'm reverting, but not
bothering to say why; but I'll tell you later". That is even more
jacked up.

If you've got a problem, then we discuss it *before* you go and revert
somebody's change. And frankly: the changes I made are not
"significant". They were simply clarifications, and removal of links
that do not directly provide Apache Subversion releases. We had this
discussion back in July.

If you feel there is something wrong with some part of the change,
then point it out. But reverting *all* of my change? No. That's bad.
