Like to help contribute Apache Subversion

Hi

I am an advocate of Apache Subversion and love how easy it is to use and I
use it on all instances of my web projects.
I would very much like to participate in contributing back to the Subversion
community as my way of thanking the community on what a great Open Source
project it is. I'm not a software developer. But I am a UI designer and
Front-End Developer.

I would like to propose in redesigning and developing a new fresh Apache
Subversion website. I am unsure who manages and designs and developed the
current site but I like to make it more engaging, informative, and using the
latest technology to bring the site up to modern times. We could even build
a responsive layout so it flexes on mobile devices as well. I have loads of
ideas and keen to contribute back to the Apache Subversion community.
