Subversion to allow users to encrypt all their data on the client-side,
before committing and to decrpyt while updating.

What about implementing this as either a proxy (similar to the
write-through proxying in svnserve) or as a new RA layer (protocol
handler like svn://, file:// or http://) which just handles the requests
on to the original RA layer?
