Yet to do is to fix the test procedure so that all SQL statements are run
using both sqlite3_prepare() and sqlite3_prepare_v2(), to verify that the
same thing happens in both cases (modulo documented differences in the two
interfaces, of course) so that hopefully nothing like this will occur again
with a future release.
