Build failure on Windows

Been getting errors like this for a while. Seems to only happen to
the C tests, the rest of the app seems to build OK. Any idea what the
problem is?

Linking...
CVTRES : fatal error CVT1103: cannot read file
LINK : fatal error LNK1123: failure during conversion to COFF: file
invalid or corrupt

Using VS 2008
