Thanks. I've just noticed that translation has stalled, which leads
to a couple of questions:
 * Do we actually care that Subversion is localized?
 * If so, how can we encourage translation work?

I'm working on getting a web-based translation system installed on ASF
hardware for use by Subversion, and possibly other projects, and will
report progress here as it happens. I am in the unfortunate position
of being a monoglot, and hence unable to actually do the translation,
but I would like to lower the barrier for other people to contribute.

You are welcome to do so, and I expect that many people will. But
since we don't have a translators_at_s.a.o list, and at least some people
need to be aware of translation status, I plan to continue sending
these updates here.
