Thanks for the long reply.

I find myself in a somewhat humorous situation here. One of the people
who works for me has wondered, for some time, if it made sense for us
to have a support contract with one of the providers of those around
svn. So, when we hit this particular problem, he felt that it was an
opportunity to learn about that option. I had encouraged him to just
talk to the user@ list and see what happened, in any case.

When the email came back from the sales person, I put on my Apache
Foundation hat, since I found it disturbing.

Now, however, I'd hate to have anyone think I was trying to leverage
this situation to get our problem to the front of the queue :-)

At some point, he will post this up, but probably after he gets back
from vacation.
